“Custom! It’s the only way I know how to be!”

Here’s a little about myself – I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC in 2001 with an Associates in Culinary Arts. Upon moving back to Charlotte the next year, I became the Executive Caterer for a research firm for almost 5 years before moving into catering sales at a large hotel in South Charlotte. I worked my way up the ranks at that business for nearly 9 years when I decided to start Event Revelry Resign in early 2014.

I’ve worked almost all positions in the kitchen, from the front, to the house, to even management. This developed in me a true passion for the event industry, which is what has driven me to grow ERD and serve all those who need my help. When I plan events for my clients, my purpose is to make them feel special, remove their stress, and create an event that reflects them. I am personally involved in all of the details and finishing touches that make each event perfect. It’s not always easy, but seeing the quality in the finished product makes it all worth it!

I’m constantly working on building my inventory and creating custom event furniture and product, and have amassed several hundred pieces of glassware and décor over the years. Custom event furniture can be made to order, and is available to rent.

I married my best friend on the top of a mountain in Tennessee in February 2007. Together, Bryan and I live in Clover and are working on building our dream house and workshop. When we are not creating custom events, we can be found traveling, visiting new venues, breweries, and wineries!
